Effective date: July 11, 2026. The short version: we collect little, we sell nothing, and we use what we have only to serve you.
1. Information We Collect
Order information. Purchases are processed by PayPal. When you place an order, PayPal provides us the information needed to fulfill it: your name, shipping address, email address, and the items purchased. We never see or store your full payment card details — those stay with PayPal, subject to PayPal's own privacy policy.
Email signups. If you request our free food chart or join our email list, we collect the email address you provide. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Technical data. Like nearly all websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and site operation.
2. How We Use Information
To fulfill and ship orders, respond to support requests, honor guarantee returns, send emails you've requested, and operate and secure the site. That's the complete list.
3. What We Never Do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers necessary to run the business (payment processing via PayPal, shipping carriers, and — if you've opted in — our email service provider), and where required by law.
4. Cookies
Uricinex.com does not require cookies to browse. Third-party services we link to (such as PayPal checkout) may set their own cookies subject to their own policies.
5. Data Retention & Your Choices
We retain order records as required for tax, accounting, and guarantee purposes. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements), by emailing support@uricinex.com.
6. Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
